On Friday night, Brashear strung together hits to take a 1-0 lead over La Plata in the 1st inning, but La Plata answered with a pair of runs to take a 2-1 lead. Brashear would tie the game 3-3 in the top of the 4th only to have La Plata retake the lead 4-3 on their way to an 8-5 win.
